The Portobello Lounge is available to hire for private events. For groups of up to 40 we would suggest hiring only part of the venue and for larger parties of 80 – 100 we would recommend hiring the whole space.

Dinners
We can cater for private dinners of up to approximately 36 guests in the double volume private room on one large horseshoe shaped table.
Smaller groups of 10 – 14 can be seated around one large central table.
There are of course many permutations and combinations of table arrangements that do not fall into either of the above categories and we would be happy to discuss all ideas with you to create your perfect seating plan.

Drinks Receptions
We are happy to cater for drinks receptions, parties and launches. We generally prefer to provide canapés for an event of this type but it is not absolutely essential. We would formulate a plan with you prior to the event to ensure that drinks and canapés are served when you would like them to be.

Whether you are hosting a fashion event or a birthday party, we would be delighted to discuss your requirements to see how it can be accommodated in our space.

All hire charges are negotiable and depend on your several factors including special requirements and the number of hours that you require the space for. Late alcohol licenses can be obtained for longer events.
